Shipping & delivery

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We will contact you if a significant processing delay affects your order.

Transit is normally 7–15 business days after dispatch for destinations where this service is offered. A destination-specific estimate shown at checkout takes precedence. Remote locations, customs, holidays or carrier disruptions can extend delivery time; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

For delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand: standard shipping is US$7.99 on orders below US$99, and free on orders of US$99 or more.

The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. Amounts are in US dollars; where checkout uses another currency, Shopify converts the shipping charge and threshold. The final shipping charge is shown before payment.

Checkout will show any duties or import taxes collected with your order. Additional destination charges may be payable on arrival where disclosed and permitted by law. Check the information for your destination before paying.

Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correction; changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
